Why or IS a gas tax totally out of the question. This private company (not American) is a crazy solution in more ways than one. No Americans available for work???? Who thinks it is a great idea to continue paying for 50 years when a simple gas tax for all would cover the expense plus additional road work and we would not feel the pain. Politics as usual!!!
